چکیده
The study aims to examine accounting conservatism in the Turkish banking sector from two sides. These can be expressed as lending policies and sustainability reporting. We firstly investigate whether improves capacity of banks during crisis periods. hypothesize that higher conditional could reduce adverse effect financial crises on banks' capacity. test our predictions empirically through an unbalanced panel data 32 deposit 1999-2019. secondly a bank’s engagement performance reporting reduces information asymmetry leads less demand for by outside stakeholders. bank changes or not after starting report information. results primary hypotheses are consistent with complement support existing evidence empirical literature. find positive impact conditionally conservative supply loans. When we hypotheses, incoherent prior researches predictions, there is no significant relationship between level conservatism.
